Introducing Momofuku Seasoned Salts—our answer to 10 years of flavor research in the Momofuku Culinary Lab. We blended naturally umami-rich ingredients with the right mix of spices and natural flavors. The result: a balanced hit of roundness in every dish. They’re a secret weapon for adding flavor in our restaurants. Now we’re making them for home cooks, too.
Savory is supercharged salt and pepper. It mixes kosher salt with garlic, tamari, kelp, and mushroom powder. We use it on grilled steaks and popcorn.
Spicy is built on the roundness of Savory but adds a punch of heat. It combines all the ingredients of Savory, plus gochugaru pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, dried chilies, and cumin. We use it whenever we are cooking something in the slow cooker.
Tingly is a jolt of flavor without the burn of Spicy. It too takes the ingredients of Savory, but adds Sichuan peppercorns. We use it on raw fish dishes and grilled shrimp, and it’s also an all-star on any kind of roasted vegetable.
Momofuku Seasoned Salts are gluten-free, sugar-free, and made from the same quality ingredients we use in our restaurants. We ❤️ MSG but this product happens to only use ingredients naturally high in glutamic acid.
